Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

All items are handmade or printed to order in Thousand Oaks, California. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Larger items (cosplay props, 3D printed collectibles) may require additional time — see individual product pages for specific lead times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We ship via USPS and UPS from Southern California. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country of delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it within 24 hours of your shipping notification, check your spam folder or contact us at rob@giddllc.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to file a claim or send a replacement.
