Refund policy

OUR POLICY

Because every item is handmade, printed, or 3D printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most products. However, your satisfaction is important to us — if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review the claim and either replace the item, issue a refund, or work with you on another solution.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Because most items are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

NON-RETURNABLE

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged by improper use or application
  • Items purchased on final sale
